Michelle joined Anderson Rowntree in March 2021 and is based at our Chichester office.
She is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our successful Private Client team. Michelle advises on Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration (the probate process) as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Michelle is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) having previously gained TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) status by examination. She is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Private Client Section of the Law Society.
Michelle graduated from the University of Cambridge (Lucy Cavendish College) in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in Law. She collected her MA in 2009. After university, she attended the College of Law in London (now the University of Law) to complete the Legal Practice Course. Michelle qualified as a Solicitor in 2008.
The approach Michelle takes is to ensure the clients feel at ease and understand the process they are dealing with, whether that be making a Will, making a Lasting Power of Attorney or dealing with probate.
Before joining Anderson Rowntree, Michelle practiced with other law firms both large and niche.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys time away with her husband and dog in their motorhome. Also, a dip in the sea.
