Update - 09/09/2020
We are now able to welcome back clients at our offices in Chichester and Petworth by appointment. To help us continue to comply with public health best practices during the COVID-19 outbreak, we are requesting that clients do not enter Anderson Rowntree’s offices if you feel at all unwell and make use of the hand sanitising station at the point of entry.
Face masks are not mandatory as we have the facility for social distancing in our interview rooms but masks can be worn if preferred. Anderson Rowntree continues to remain fully operational and if you prefer not to attend the offices, we are able to conduct remote ‘face-to-face’ pre-arranged meetings by Skype, Zoom or Teams over the internet. Please continue to stay safe.
We are monitoring information from the relevant authorities about coronavirus, and acting and planning appropriately to minimise disruption to our valued clients.
The safety of our clients, colleagues and communities is our priority and in line with the latest government guidance we are operating our business in part remotely.
This will mean that you are able to fully instruct us remotely/digitally without needing to travel to one of our offices and will allow us to keep your matters progressing as normal. We would encourage you to communicate electronically with us wherever you can to reduce reliance on physical post. We will also send documents and correspondence by email where possible. All of our email addresses can be found on our website.
We are able to operate our services using a variety of methods including telephone calls, email and video conference calls to keep in touch. Please do get in touch with us to discuss your preferred method of communication and we can use whichever you are most comfortable with. We have been preparing to ensure that our business remains fully operational in a remote environment and all of our teams have been provided with the equipment they need for our staff to continue to deliver the great service you expect from us.
At this time only our Chichester and Storrington offices remain operational with a skeleton staff. . .
If you do need to drop off any urgent documents, please note that we are following the government’s guidelines on social distancing so we ask that you notify reception at Storrington or Chichester by using the buzzer and they will direct you to where to drop off any papers keeping a 2 metre distance from others at all times. You are still able to drop off or post urgent letters or documents to our Petworth office as we will be checking the post on a daily basis, but there will be no physical presence throughout the day.
Anderson Rowntree LLP is here to support you through this unprecedented time so do please get in touch with your contact here if you have any concerns or questions.
We thank you all for your support and cooperation in these challenging times.
